For £25.95 (off peak) / £28.95 (peak) per child, our party option is a great way to be able to enjoy your day at the farm! With entry for the day to explore the farm at your leisure, you also have a 2 hour private Party Barn Hire with a picnic box included for each child.

This is a non-guided package, allowing you and your party to explore the farm at your leisure. The two hour time slot selected during your booking is for private use of one of our Party Barns. Our Birthday Party entry doesn’t include a timed session or reserved space within the Indoor Playbarn, and entry to this area is subject to availability on the day.

A minimum of 8 children required for a Birthday Party.

Party Prices are for children aged 1+ years.

During the booking journey, you will need to select your Birthday Party date at Godstone Farm, and then the time slot for your 2 hour Private Party Barn Hire. If you select our 10.30am time slot, your food will be served at 11.30am. If you select our 2.30pm slot, your food will be served at 3.30pm.

After all that partying, running around, exploring and having fun, your guests are sure to work up a healthy appetite! Children’s picnic lunch-boxes are included with our Birthday Party package. If anyone in your party has a food allergy or specific dietary request, please talk to a member of staff in advance to discuss your requirements.

 

On arrival, please check in at the gate to arrange the timings of your party as well as a map for exploring the farm and to locate your Private Party Barn.

Private Hire of Our Party Barns

During your Birthday Party visit to Godstone Farm, you also have a 2 hour private hire of one of our Party Picnic Barns. Only available at either 10.30am till 12.30pm or 2.30pm till 4.30pm. These barns can hold up to 30 children seated, with some standing room for adults. Use this space for your group to come together to celebrate the occasion – you’re welcome to bring your own cake and decorations. The party organiser can go into the Party Picnic Barn 30 minutes before your 2 hour private hire, to decorate the space, we only ask that the space is tidied away at the end of your time slot.

 

Each barn will have approximately 3 to 4 picnic tables in, with some seating around the edge of the barns. Please note, the space within our Party Picnic Barns is for seating. Your picnic boxes will also be delivered to your Party Barn.

 

Unfortunately due to the ongoing construction work at Godstone Farm, Tractor Rides are currently suspended at this time, and therefore will be unavailable during your visit.

Based in Surrey, we are within easy access of the M25 from Sussex and Kent. If you have arranged a children’s party at Godstone Farm, we ask that final numbers and payment is made 10 working days before the party. Times for catering will be confirmed as part of your booking.

 

We will require your final guest list two weeks before the party. Please use the downloadable guest list and email it to havefun@godstonefarm.co.uk.

Birthday party availability

Full payment is required at the time of booking. You’ll need to submit your guest list to havefun@godstonefarm.co.uk 10 working days prior to your party. Once payment has been made, a booking confirmation will be sent to you. Please note, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Parties are a minimum of 8 children, parties with under 8 will be charged for 8 children.
  • Party prices are for children aged 1+.
  • Additional adults will be charged at £10.95 per adult when paid for as a part of the party.  Additional guests paying for themselves on arrival will be subject to regular farm entry fees.
  • The birthday child and siblings will be included in the total number of children.  If you do not wish to pay for siblings please ensure you leave them off your total numbers and guest list. Please inform members of your party they will need to purchase tickets in advance via the Godstone Farm website.
  • Guests with annual passes – Annual pass holders attending a Birthday party are subject to the full party fee due to items and activities included in the party.
  • Guest lists must include the names of adults and children, please indicate if they are an adult or a child during the booking journey.
  • If individuals are not included in the pre-paid party and not on the guests list, will need to purchase a ticket for entry via the Godstone Farm website.
  • If you do not submit your guest list to us, you’ll be required to wait in the car park until your full party is here to enter the farm. You’ll also be given chicken bites as a default meal choice.
  • Food allergies must be stated during the booking journey.  Some items are ordered in especially so may not be available if not pre-ordered.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. Should you wish to add any additional children or adults to your booking, please contact us on 01883 742546.
  • Any changes to your party options must be submitted in writing to havefun@godstonefarm.co.uk.
  • Once full payment has been received, your Birthday Party Package is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Birthday Party tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If a member of your party is unable to attend, as per our terms and conditions, tickets are non-refundable.
  • Payment must be made in one lump sum. Multiple payments will not be accepted.
  • Reserved space or time slot within our Indoor Playbarn is not included with a Birthday Party package, and is subject to availability on the day.
  • Godstone Farm is predominantly an outside attraction, please come dressed appropriately for the weather.
  • Party deals cannot be used in conjunction with another offer and no additional discounts will be added.
  • Picnic barns are allocated on the number of children attending. Parents cannot be guaranteed a seat in the picnic barn.
  • Godstone Farm reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time.
  • Godstone farm reserve the right to refuse entry, anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

What time is my Party Barn Private Hire?

We offer two time slots each day, a morning session from 10.30am to 12.30pm and the afternoon session from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

If you book a morning session, your picnic boxes will be delivered at 11.30am to the Party Barn.

If you book a afternoon session, your picnic boxes will be delivered at 3.30pm to the Party Barn.

 

Does this package include a Party Host?

No, our Birthday Party packages do not provide a party host. This is a non-guided package, which provides you with the flexibility to explore the farm at your leisure.

 

Can we bring an entertainer to have within our Party Barn?

Unfortunately, our Party Barns are unable to accommodate an entertainer.

 

What changes have you introduced?

Following feedback from our customers and staff, we have introduced more food options for the Child’s picnic boxes. From 23rd April, we’re pleased to offer a selection of hot and cold picnic box options for each Birthday Party package child. Once your booking has been made you’ll be asked to send us a guest list to confirm the name of the child attending, the adult attending with them, as well as their picnic box option.

 

Can I reserve an area within the Indoor Playbarn?

A reserved area or time slot for the Indoor Playbarn is not included as part of the Birthday Party package. Access to the Indoor Playbarn is subject to availability on the day. The team within the Indoor Playbarn will be able to advise of capacities and possible wait times for entry. During peak periods, we operate the Indoor Playbarn with 30 minute sessions.

 

Can I book a session for Animal Interactions?

Access to Small Animal Interactions is included in your entry. Small Animal Interactions  is open for everyone from 10.00am – 11.30am and from 1.30pm – 3.00pm. Unfortunately, we cannot reserve a time for entry into the Small Animal Interactions area.

 

Why can I no longer pay a deposit?

Following feedback, we have made changes to our booking journey which has been designed to provide more visibility to our customers on their Birthday Party booking. The booking journey allows the guests to add the number of people attending the party to the basket, select the date and time of visit, as well as confirm the names of everyone attending as well as food options. Payment is required at the time of booking, and bookings can now be made up to 5 working days before the visit – subject to availability.

 

I need to add people to my booking, how do I do that?

As long as we are notified 5 days before your visit, we can add people to your booking. Please call our Visitor Experience team on 01883 742546, and we will be happy to update your booking and complete payment.

 

If a member of my party doesn’t show up, can I get a refund?

As per our terms and conditions, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Can I change the names of the guests and their food options?

Please contact us in writing of any changes to the names on your guest list and food options to havefun@godstonefarm.co.uk, no later than 5 days before your visit. If you contact us less than 5 days before your visit, we will be unable to make any changes to your food options.

 

Is there a payment installment option?

Unfortunately not, payment is required in full at the time of booking.

 

Do you offer adult catering?

At this time, we do not offer any adult catering. However, our Courtyard Kitchen will be open during your visit, should you wish to purchase any food items during your visit.
