Do you have a question about a visit to Godstone Farm? Please see our most frequently asked questions below.

Are you open?

Yes, Godstone Farm is now open!

From 12th April 2021, in line with restrictions guest can enjoy our Farm Trail, Gift Shop and Outdoor Play Areas. We’re excited to share with you some of our updates, including our new restaurant, the Courtyard Kitchen which is open with a limited menu for outdoor dining. Along with a new Outdoor Play Area, Kate’s Garden situated next to our Courtyard Kitchen, as well as our new Den Building Area in the Outdoor Play Area.

Our Wiglet’s Snack Shed and Topshop will only be open for take-away only.

In line with restrictions our Indoor areas will not be open at this time, this includes the Indoor Playbarn, Animal Holding Centre and Wiglet’s Play Village. Our Tractor rides will also be unavailable at this time.

What changes have you implemented for your reopening?

We have limited our daily capacity and require all guests to pre-book via the Godstone Farm website. You must ensure everyone in your party has a ticket for entry to guarantee they are included in our capacity. During your booking journey, you will need to select an arrival time slot as this will help us to ensure social distancing when exploring the farm.

As we continue to monitor the progress of the government’s roadmap, at this time our Indoor areas will not be open, including the Indoor Playbarn and Wiglet’s Play Village.

In line with government guidelines, all areas of the farm are regularly cleaned throughout the day. As well as our usual hand washing stations, we have also introduced hand sanitizer stations to all entrances around the farm. We do encourage all our guests to regularly wash their hands during their visit with us. This is especially important when completing the animal trails or if you have come in contact with the animals or pens, as hand sanitiser is not suitable to kill zoonotic diseases.

We are only accepting contactless payments. Cash will not be accepted for purchases on the farm.

We do ask all guests who are visiting the Gift Shop to wear a mask in line with government guidelines. If you are exempt, we request you inform a member of staff before entering the Gift Shop.

Any guests who are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 are asked not to visit. Those who do become unwell, please contact the Visitor Experience team (havefun@godstonefarm.co.uk) to discuss your booking.

For more information, please visit our Health and Safety Page.
