22/07/08 - Its the SUMMER HOLIDAYS!

Babies - lots of them, waiting to see you!

 

 

 

Down at the farm we have plenty of baby animals to come and cuddle, with lambs, chicks, rabbits, piglets, guinea pigs and many many more animals who cant wait to meet you! There are plenty of animals to cuddle and see at close quarters. Bags of food are cheaply available so that children and adults alike can feed all of the small animals and most of the larger ones right out of your hand!

 

 

 

There is a maze suitable for all children, with dead ends and wendy houses to get lost in, but still small enough to be a heap of fun. We have 2 ponds with our own ducks and wild ducks to enjoy them, so dont forget to save some animal feed for the ducks!

 

 

 

There is a walk up and around the fields which house our ponies with their babies, 4 large sussex cows, pigs and sheep. The trail is suitable for small legs and pushchairs, and leads up to the maze.

 

 

 

We have lots of outdoor play areas to enjoy the summer sun, with slides, chutes, sandpits, zip lines, cargo nets, climbing frames, ride on toys, the NEW snakes and ladders, not forgetting the jumping pillow! The straw mountain is in place and this year its even higher! The paddling pools have been filled up by the jumping pillow ready for children to splash around in when they get to hot. All play areas and activities offer hours of fun, not forgetting the farm is open until 6pm during the summer months.

 

 

 

On the days when the weather is not so nice, no problem! There are plenty of undercover play areas, animals in barns and the large soft play area also indoors offers refreshments for the mums and dads, cargo nets, slides, ball pits, tubes and small areas designed for babies and toddlers.

 

 

 

Around the farm and up the top by the main play areas there are shops offering ice creams, teas, cofees, childrens drinks and small snacks.

 

 

 

A day out at the farm is made complete with a tractor ride around the farm, which is great fun and at only 95p per person (babies free) its not to be missed! We can even provide your children with their dinner in our well stocked tea room.
