Are you open?
Yes, Godstone Farm is now open!
Guests can enjoy our Farm Trail, Pond Walk, Animal Holding, The World of Dinosaur Roar! Discovery Trail, Indoor Playbarn, Outdoor Adventure Playground and Gift Shop. Our new restaurant, the Courtyard Kitchen is open for indoor and outdoor dining. Our Wiglet’s Snack Shed and Topshop will only be open for take-away only (weather permitting).
Our Tractor rides and Wiglet’s Play Village remain unavailable at this time.
How will you be operating?
We have limited our daily capacity and require all guests to pre-book via the Godstone Farm website. You must ensure everyone in your party has a ticket for entry to guarantee they are included in our capacity, this includes babies and young children. All tickets are valid for the day, therefore you are welcome to arrive anytime from 9.30am on the day of your visit.
All areas of the farm are regularly cleaned throughout the day. As well as our usual hand washing stations, we have also introduced hand sanitizer stations to all entrances around the farm. We do encourage all our guests to regularly wash their hands during their visit with us. This is especially important when completing the animal trails or if you have come in contact with the animals or pens, as hand sanitiser is not suitable to kill zoonotic diseases.
We are only accepting contactless payments. Cash will not be accepted for purchases on the farm.
We do kindly ask all guests who are visiting the Gift Shop, Animal Holding, Courtyard Kitchen and Indoor Playbarn to wear a mask. If you are exempt, we request you inform a member of staff before entering.
Any guests who are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 are asked not to visit. Those who do become unwell, please contact the Visitor Experience team (email@example.com) to discuss your booking.

How can I book?
Entry to Godstone Farm is strictly pre-book only via the Godstone Farm website.
During the booking process, you will need to confirm the number of people in your party, along with your visit date and arrival time to the farm.
We ask all our guests to follow our health and safety rules during their visit with us. Upon arrival to Godstone Farm, you will be asked to scan the NHS Track and Trace QR code or will be required to provide contact details.
Tickets may be available on the day through the Godstone Farm website, subject to availability. No tickets will be available to purchase from the gate on the day or over the phone.
How much are tickets?
Ticket prices are from £11.95.
Is the Indoor Playbarn open?
Yes, we have reopened our Indoor Playbarn with additional measures in line with guidance.
We are currently self-isolating and have tickets to visit, what can we do?
If you are self-isolating, please contact our Visitor Experience team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss your booking. We do recommend contacting us as early as possible, so we can complete any necessary amendments.
I have a Gift Voucher which was due to expire during lockdown, can I still redeem this voucher?
Yes, if you have been unable to use your Online Gift Voucher due to lockdown restrictions, we would be happy to extend your Gift Voucher. Please contact the Visitor Experience team on email@example.com, along with your voucher code or booking reference number to help us complete the necessary amendments.

How much are entry tickets?
Since reopening, our entry price has been discounted to reflect areas of the farm which are currently unavailable to guests.
Below is a further breakdown of ticket prices:
Adult (16+ years): From £11.95
Child (2 – 16 years): From £11.95
Child (1 year): From £5.25
Child (under 1 year): Free
To obtain a FREE carer ticket, please book for all other persons in your party as usual and book a carer (free) ticket for the additional carer. On the day of your visit, remember to bring along your booking reference number and proof of the disability to entitle you to redeem the carer ticket at the entrance.
The weather forecast does not look great for my visit, can I change the date?
As per our terms and conditions, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Come rain or sunshine, Godstone Farm is open all year round and we are ready to welcome you and your party to our interactive farm. Refunds or change of dates will not be provided for the reason of weather conditions.
During the wet weather, we do recommend our guests bring their wellies and raincoats. We do have undercover areas including our Main Barn, Top Barn as well as areas to have your lunch.
How can I redeem my free carer ticket?
To obtain a free carer ticket, please book all members of your party as usual via the Godstone Farm website, and then select a ‘Carer’ ticket for the carer.
On the day of your visit, please bring with you the booking reference number and one of the following as proof of disability to redeem your free carer’s ticket.
- Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance letter dated within the last 12 months
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter dated within the last 12 months
- Current and valid Blue Badge
- Current and valid Compass Card
- A letter from a GP or consultant, dated within the last 12 months, confirming the need for a carer/personal assistant. The carer must be over 16 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who holds the disability
Can I purchase a After School Ticket?
Unfortunately, After School Tickets are not currently available. We are continuously reviewing this, and we will inform guests via the Godstone Farm website should we release After School Tickets in the future.
Can I change the date of my booking?
Tickets are only valid on the date booked and provided on your email confirmation. As per our terms and conditions, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. We will be unable to amend your booking for another date or time.
Can I have a refund?

What are your opening times?
Our operating hours are 9.30am till 4.45pm. Please note the car park closes promptly at 5pm.
How do we get to Godstone Farm?

Godstone Farm can be found a short distance away from Junction 6 (Godstone) on the M25.
If travelling by car, you can also get to us using the A25 and A22. Follow the signposts to Godstone and from there you can pick up brown tourist board signs to Godstone Farm.
If travelling by train, the nearest train station is Caterham (Surrey).
If travelling by bus, there are several buses that stop in Godstone Village, which is just a short walk from the farm. Below is additional information on the bus services, however for more information on bus timetable, please visit the Surrey County Council website.
400 Bus – East Grinstead, Crawley, Gatwick, Redhill and Caterham. Serves Redhill and Caterham train stations, this service operates 7 days per week.
409 Bus – East Grinstead, Lingfield, Godstone, Caterham & Warlingham. Services Godstone and Caterham train stations. This service does not operate on Sundays.
410 Bus – Redhill, Godstone, Oxted and Hurst Green. Serves Oxted and Redhill train stations.
This service operates 7 days per week.
How do I redeem my free carer ticket?
To obtain a free carer ticket, please book all members of your party as usual via the Godstone Farm website, and then select a ‘carer’ ticket.
On the day of your visit, please bring with you the booking reference number and proof of disability such as a DLA letter to redeem your free carer ticket.
Is Godstone Farm wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Godstone Farm is wheelchair accessible. However, as a working farm located within a green belt area, some of our paths and tracks are uneven and narrow.
We have a few disabled toilets situated around the farm but please note we do not currently have a hoist.
We have a first aid room with a bed that can be used for any medical needs that you may have but please note again this does not have a hoist.
Can I purchase food at Godstone Farm?
Yes, our new restaurant the Courtyard Kitchen is open for indoor and outdoor dining. Wiglet’s Snack Shed and Top Shop is also open for our guests to purchase hot food and cold food such as pizzas, hot dogs, panini’s and sandwiches. Ice cream, sweets and crisps are also available to purchase around the farm.
Please note, Topshop and Wiglet’s Snack Shed is weather and season permitting.
Can I bring my own picnic?
You are welcome to bring your own picnic to Godstone Farm. You are also welcome to purchase food from the Courtyard Kitchen, Wiglet’s Snack Shed or Top Shop*. We offer hot and cold food, including pizzas, hot dogs, panini’s and sandwiches. Ice cream, sweets and crisps are also available to purchase around the farm.
There are several areas around the farm to eat food, including undercover areas near our courtyard.
Do you have a car park?
Yes, we have a car park available for our guests. There is no charge for using our car park. Please note, the car park is locked at 5pm sharp.
Do I need to pay for using the car park?
There is no charge for visitors of Godstone Farm to use the car park.
Can I bring my dog to Godstone Farm?
Only assistance dogs are permitted at Godstone Farm.
What is included in my entry?
Godstone Farm is open for guests to enjoy our Farm Trail, Pond Walk, Animal Holding, Indoor Playbarn, Outdoor Adventure Play, and Gift Shop.

At this time Wiglet’s Play village and Tractor Rides will remain closed.
Are there toilets available at the farm?
Yes, toilets are available around the farm, including disabled toilets and baby changing. Please note, we do not currently have a disability hoist onsite.
A farm map is available here or speak to a member of staff who will be happy to advise where the toilets are located.
Who do I need to contact about losing an item during my visit?
Please contact the Visitor Experience Team (email@example.com) should you have left an item at the farm. Please provide the team with a detailed description along with a possible location of where the item may have been left and a contact number.
Do you offer any animal feeding experiences?
You can purchase animal feed from the Gift Shop. The animal feed is only available for the Sheep, Goats, Cows and Llamas. When visiting the Gift Shop, you will be required to wear a mask. If you are exempt, please inform a member of staff before entering the Gift Shop.
Is the Tractor ride available?
Unfortunately, the tractor ride is currently unavailable. Any updates or information relating to our Tractor ride will be announced via the Godstone Farm website and our social media channels.
Is the Indoor Playbarn Open?
Yes, the Indoor Playbarn is now open.
How do I book a time slot for the Playbarn?
You no longer need to book a time slot for entry into the Indoor Playbarn. Please note, during busy periods we will be operating 30 minute time slots within our Indoor Playbarn.
What facilities are available within the Playbarn?
Within our Playbarn, toilets including a disabled toilet are available to guests. Napping Changing facilities are also available.
Snacks and drinks can be purchased within the Playbarn.
Do I need to be aware of anything when visiting the Indoor Playbarn?
Anyone going into the play equipment (this includes adults) will need to be wearing socks when in and on the play equipment area. If you do not have sock with you, socks are available to be purchased from the Gift Shop and Indoor Playbarn Cafe. Where possible, we do kindly ask adults to wear their face masks when inside the Indoor Playbarn building.
Please also note that to ensure plenty of ventilation within this building, doors will remain open. Therefore during our colder months, the area may become cold and we recommend guests to bring their coats.
Are you offering Schools/Nursery Visits at Godstone Farm?
School and Nursery visits to Godstone Farm are now available for 2021/2022. Bookings can be made via the Godstone Farm website. Please note, payment for bookings are required 10 working days in advance.

Are you offering Group Visits at Godstone Farm?
Group tickets are now available to purchase from our website here.
Group tickets are available for parties of 20 or more (minimum of 10 adults and 10 children). Tickets must be booked in advanced and cannot be booked on the day.
Can I purchase a Godstone Farm Annual Pass?
At this time, we have suspended the sale of any further Annual Passes. Over the last 12 months, like many other businesses, Godstone Farm has had to close in line with national lockdown restrictions as well as introduce several new measures in line with COVID 19 operating procedures. As a small family run business, the last year has presented a number of challenges and uncertainty. We hope to have a little normality in 2021, however we also understand that we must be flexible towards this ever changing situation.
As we continue to monitor the progress of the roadmap out of lockdown, and we have a little more certainty for the future, we hope to relaunch our Annual Pass Scheme. We are taking this opportunity to review the current scheme. Please bear with us during this time, we will announce more information about the scheme in the coming months via the Godstone Farm website and social media pages.
I had an Annual Pass that was due to expire during the most recent lockdown, what do I do?

Can I book a Birthday Party with yourselves?
Birthday Party packages are now available to book. We offer our ‘Godstone Farm Birthday Party’ package which includes for £21.95 per child.
